Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Full-Time
Location: Panama City, FL
Hourly Pay Range: $26.40 – $39.60 (based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: Additional $4.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
401(k) Match: 100% match on 3%–9% of pay

About the Role

We are hiring experienced and compassionate Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurses to join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) team. In this role, you will care for patients recovering from acute medical conditions, trauma, or post-surgical interventions. Available Shifts

• Days (Rotating Weekends)

• Nights (Rotating Weekends) — $4.00/hour differential

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to intermediate-level acuity patients

• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes promptly

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed

• Support post-operative and step-down recovery care

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• 1 years of recent acute care PCU experience required
  (ER RN or 3 years acute Med-Surg experience may be considered)

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

• ACLS certification required within 60 days of hire
