Schedule: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) or Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with rotating weekends
Compensation: $22.66 – $30.54/hour (based on experience)

• 5–6 years: ~$26.74/hour

• 10 years: ~$30.54/hour
  Shift Differentials: Evenings $1.45/hr | Nights $2.50/hr
  Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Overview

We are hiring a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join a collaborative laboratory team providing essential diagnostic services. Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology.

• Collect, process, and analyze specimens, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

• Alert providers and nursing staff to abnormal or critical test results.

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing quality assurance.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Florida Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license (active or applied)

• National certification (MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT)

Preferred

• Associate’s degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• Prior laboratory experience (clinical rotations, lab assistant, or specimen processor roles accepted)

Compensation & Benefits

• Night differential: $2.50/hour
