- Pay: $33.77 – $49.06/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $20,000 (Nights – Urgent Need)
- Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr (Nights), $1.50/hr (Weekends)

Join a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit where you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients. This 16-bed unit offers 1:1–1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, supported by advanced monitoring and a collaborative clinical team. Responsibilities
Deliver direct care to critically ill patients requiring complex interventions.
Continuously monitor vital signs and intervene promptly in life-threatening situations.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.
Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and recovery processes.
Uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all aspects of care.
Qualifications
Required:
Active RN license (Florida or Compact)
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care hospital
ADN or Nursing Diploma
Preferred:
BSN degree
NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of hire
BLS within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within 6 months
