We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join our high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department. Key Responsibilities
Triage, assess, and care for patients with a wide range of emergencies
Deliver critical nursing interventions and manage complex patient conditions
Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary care teams
Prioritize and manage multiple patients efficiently in a high-volume setting
Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and follow-ups
Adhere to strict safety, documentation, and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact (must obtain FL license if needed)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last year)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required
BLS certification (AHA) required before start
ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications required within 90 days of hire
