Hourly Pay Range: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)
5 years: $33.00/hr
10 years: $36.30/hr
15 years: $39.60/hr

Role Overview
Join our fast-paced Emergency Room team where your clinical skills and compassion will make a daily impact. As an ER Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing emergency care to patients across all age groups, working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely, patient-centered emergency care
Triage and assess patients, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up
Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
Licensure: Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact license (or eligible to obtain prior to start)
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required before start
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required within 90 days of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required within 90 days of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
