CVICU Registered Nurse

Title: CVICU Registered Nurse – Day Shift
Pay: $27.72–$39.60 per hour depending on experience
Bonuses: $10,000 days, $15,000 nights
Differentials: $4.25 nights, $1.50 specialty
Relocation: Up to $5,000
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: 7a–7p, three 12s, days only

Overview

Provide advanced cardiac critical care in an 8-bed CVICU serving post-cardiac and high-acuity patients. Team culture, physician collaboration, and strong growth pathways.

Responsibilities

• Perform frequent assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and rapid interventions

• Titrate vasoactive drips, manage ventilators and invasive lines

• Coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care and accurate handoffs

• Educate patients and families on therapies, meds, and recovery

Qualifications

Required

• Active FL or compact RN license (or eligibility)

• 1 year recent ICU, CVICU, or ER experience

• BLS at hire; ACLS within 6 months; NIHSS within 30 days
  Preferred

• BSN; CCRN or plan to obtain within 2 years
