As an Assembler II, you’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality components that move through our production process and into the hands of our customers.
What You’ll Do
Verify incoming parts against production documents (Travelers) to ensure accuracy before assembly
Position and assemble parts using blueprints, work instructions, and product knowledge
Secure components using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, and other fasteners
Inspect completed assemblies to confirm they meet documented requirements
Perform required testing on new or assigned assemblies
Prepare completed components for the next stage of production
Work safely, ethically, and with accountability for quality and teamwork
Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support production goals
What You Bring
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Experience using calipers or similar measuring tools to verify component specifications
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with clear production goals
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Work Environment
This role is performed in a manufacturing setting. You’ll regularly work around moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to noise, vibration, fumes, airborne particles, and non-weather-related heat or humidity. Physical Requirements
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for handling and assembling components
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
