Job Duties:This position works on a unit with routine contact with incarcerated individuals. Duties include data entry, filing, project tracking, generating of memorandums and coordination of efforts with other departments.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in customer service or administrative support, and strong people skills with solid written and verbal communication abilities. These qualities position you to handle daily responsibilities effectively and provide dependable support to the teamYou'd be a GREAT fit if:You have solid knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with criminal justice experience and the ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
