Job Duties:This position is responsible for collecting, compiling, and reviewing agency reports and documentation while conducting policy research and maintaining an organized recordskeeping system. The role monitors compliance to ensure adherence to ACA standards, laws, policies, and procedures. It requires daily communication with department supervisors to support operational needs and maintain consistency.
