Job Duties:Based on hired applicant, this position will report to the O'Daniel unit, Bartlett Unit or the Division Austin Headquarters (4616 West Howard Lane) on a daily basis. This position provides oversight of reentry services within the Strength Through Restoration Independence Vision and Empowerment (STRIVE) program at the O'Daniel Unit and the Trust Health Restoration Independence Vision an Empowerment (THRIVE) program at the Bartlett unit. Oversight includes facilitation of groups, quality assurance monitoring of case managers and peer facilitators of groups and classes to include documentation and case planning; this position is responsible for coordination and set-up of pre-release employment hiring events for program populations, program graduation arrangements and planning, and program liaison work with unit administration and partner division and Windham staff.
