About the Position
Texas Automation Products, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk / Bookkeeper to support our accounting and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small office environment and is comfortable handling both accounting and general administrative duties.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Enter and process vendor invoices
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and maintain vendor records
  • Assist with payment processing and vendor inquiries
  • Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
  • Update internal logs and spreadsheets
  • Assist with answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Experience with Sage / Peachtree accounting software a plus (training available)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a small office environment and manage multiple tasks

Requirements

  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to commute to Hutchins, TX

Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
