About the Position
Texas Automation Products, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk / Bookkeeper to support our accounting and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small office environment and is comfortable handling both accounting and general administrative duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter and process vendor invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders and maintain vendor records
- Assist with payment processing and vendor inquiries
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Update internal logs and spreadsheets
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience with Sage / Peachtree accounting software a plus (training available)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a small office environment and manage multiple tasks

Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
