Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Office Clerk role located in Dallas, TX. The Office Clerk will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, operating office equipment, managing clerical duties, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients. Daily activities include answering phone calls, organizing records, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and capable of effectively handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills for managing schedules, files, and records
- Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment and perform general Clerical tasks
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
