Texas Academy of Gymnastics is seeking a dependable and flexible Floater to join our team! Floaters are key support staff who step in where needed across multiple areas of the gym, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all athletes and families.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recreational gymnastics classes
- Supervising children in our childcare and after-school programs
- Providing spotting, demonstrations, and encouragement to athletes
- Supporting coaches and staff during busy class times
- Helping with gym organization, setup, and cleanup
- Filling in for staff absences when needed
Ideal candidates will:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have gymnastics/coaching experience
- Have childcare experience
- CPR Certified
- Be reliable, adaptable, and positive

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
Work Location: In person
