Are you an experienced gymnastics coach ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a driven, reliable, and energetic Recreational Gymnastics Program Coordinator to help lead our recreational program to the next level!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 18 years or older
✅ Minimum 2 year of gymnastics coaching experience and/or Gymnastics program coordinating (recreational or competitive)
✅ Strong leadership & communication skills – able to motivate both athletes and staff
✅ Hardworking, reliable, and productive with a positive attitude
✅ Driven, ambitious, and open-minded – willing to learn and grow with our program
✅ Physically capable of comfortably lifting 75 lbs (spotting gymnasts as needed)
✅ Available Mon–Thurs 4:00–8:00 PM and Friday evenings or Saturday mornings
✅ Team leader who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
✅ Willing to coach a minimum of 5 hours a week alongside coordinator duties
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee recreational gymnastics classes and ensure quality instruction
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to recreational staff
- Assist with spotting, skill progression, and athlete development
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management
- Help coordinate schedules, special events, and program development (admin tasks)
- Maintain a positive, safe, and fun environment for gymnasts and coaches
