A growing healthcare organization is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager to lead vendor sourcing initiatives across professional services and technology categories
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for professional services, consulting, and SaaS/technology solutions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and competitive bidding processes (RFPs/RFQs).
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements with vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships and facilitate ongoing governance meetings.
- Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business leaders throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
- Support risk management and vendor due diligence efforts.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or related functions.
- Experience sourcing professional services, technology, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of vendor risk, compliance, and contract review processes.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience sourcing healthcare services, consulting, or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with supplier risk and compliance frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
