Join Our Team as a Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative in Lake Havasu City, AZ!

Full Time: Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm

Pay $18- $20 per hour depending on related experience, plus bonus opportunity!

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—that enable clear and polite interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a quick-moving office setting
• Organizational prowess with attention to detail
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including insurance verification and documentation
• Competence with Microsoft Office, email communication, and office equipment
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 35 lbs. and, when necessary, make home deliveries and drive company vehicles
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the home healthcare industry, medical billing, or patient intake
• Familiarity with insurance reimbursement processes and medical terminology
• Prior work with durable medical equipment or respiratory services
  
  

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of related work experience in healthcare or administrative roles is preferred
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (when applicable)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
