Administrative Coordinator – Logistics

Pay: $22-$23/hour

Estimated Contract Length: 3 months

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily inventory, logistics, and ERP system activities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

This role is a great fit for an early-career professional who is organized, eager to learn!

Responsibilities

  • Process work orders, inventory adjustments, and transfers in ERP system
  • Monitor inventory levels and track shipments
  • Communicate with vendors on order status and delivery timelines
  • Support cycle counts and inventory tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipments
  • Enter invoices and replenishment requests
  • Assist with general operational support as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
  • 0–1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or admin support
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow processes and perform basic math
