What You’ll Do
- Manage live shipments from pickup to delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams in real time
- Track freight, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations to keep everything moving
- Handle high-volume communication in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in customer service, operations, call center, or logistics
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and think quickly under pressure
- Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
