Proposal/Project Coordinator

Tetra Tech is adding a Proposal/Project Coordinator to our Project Management team based in Location. This is a new position for which we are actively recruiting.

Your Role:

Proposal Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal development, including timelines, inputs, and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather, draft, and refine proposal content.
• Review and edit proposals for clarity, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and version control.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal processes and best practices.

Project Coordination & Administration

• Support Project Managers with coordination of deliverables, schedules, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, including progress, financial tracking, and key issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with document control standards.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support team alignment.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field an asset.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in proposal or project coordination, preferably within EPC/engineering setting.
• Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and document quality.
• Ability to work across technical teams and synthesize information clearly.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management systems is an asset.

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.  

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.
