The Workplace Associate will be a key member of the team, supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for employees and stakeholders. This role works closely with the Coordinator to maintain coverage, support inventory processes, and ensure efficient execution of programs and activities The position assists with day-to-day operations, maintains accurate records, supports distribution and organization, and collaborates with internal teams to meet needs while keeping the operational area efficient and well-maintained.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day operations, assisting employees/stakeholders with requests, questions, and basic support tasks
- Maintain organized and accurate records through daily, weekly, and monthly checks and updates
- Assist with receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, and stocking inventory or supplies
- Ensure the operational area remains clean, organized, and properly set up for use
- Follow established processes for distribution, record keeping, and tracking to maintain consistency
- Partner with the Coordinator to support operational needs, including restocking, audits, and program updates
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all users
What You'll Bring
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail when managing inventory, records, and tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) for basic tracking and communication
- Strong communication and customer service skills when assisting employees and collaborating with teams
- Ability to follow established procedures and contribute to daily operational workflows
- Experience in retail operations, inventory support, operational environments, or similar roles is a plus
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed
