What To Expect
Tesla is looking for an exceptional full-cycle technical recruiter to join our recruiting team to partner with our Powertrain & Energy Engineering teams. You will hire top engineering talent responsible for developing next generation products, automated manufacturing lines, and the “machine that builds the machine”. Recruiting at Tesla is challenging and hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Fremont, CA.

What You'll Do

Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals

Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders

Take a data-driven approach to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategy and interview process; own the recruiting process end-to-end

Identify, attract, and hire top talent using various tools

Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every stage

Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess role and company fit

Efficiently and simultaneously manage more than 20 niche positions

What You'll Bring

2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Gem, ATS systems)

Experience with complex compensation packages and conveying them in a digestible way to candidates

Experience creating and maintaining healthy relationships across all functions of the company

Experience in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Expected Compensation

$60,000 - $150,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
