We’re seeking a proactive Technical Program Manager to standardize problem intake/prioritization processes, design and own scalable workflows, and establish metrics-driven reporting to improve team efficiency and visibility. This role bridges technical teams with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and measurable progress toward goals.
What You'll Do
Develop a unified framework for intake, triage, and prioritization of technical problems (e.g., using RICE scoring, MoSCoW method) Define KPIs (e.g., cycle time, defect rate, SLA adherence) to measure the effectiveness of prioritization and workflows Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to refine processes and ensure data-driven decision-making Design and document end-to-end workflows for development, testing, and deployment (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, incident management) Train teams on standardized processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Confluence) to ensure adoption and consistency Build dashboards (e.g., using Grafana, Tableau, or Jira reports) to visualize progress, bottlenecks, and SLA compliance Partner with engineering leads to align on technical roadmaps and resource allocation
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent in experience 3 years of experience in program management, technical project management, or a similar role Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Jenkins pipelines, GitHub Actions) preferred Background in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI) preferred
