This position is expected to start May 2026 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August 2026) or into Fall 2026 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

The People Content team is seeking an intern for a Coordinator, People Content (HR/Recruiting) role, based in Austin, Texas, to join us.
You will support writing, organizing, and executing key priorities and goals that inform and engage employees to drive the business.
You'll bring a problem-solving mindset,a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. This role requires collaboration and building trust with stakeholders, as well as working independently. It's an opportunity to tell Tesla's story and drive our message to help build a world of amazing abundance.
What You'll Do
Create and publish content about HR/Recruiting for employees. (e.g., app notifications, manager briefs, site narratives, TV slides, etc.)
Support ad hoc requests, from policy development to issue resolutions
Model a collaborative, creative, fun, and results-drivenculture
Build andmaintainrelationships withstakeholders
Assist with tactical operations, from local HR events to production
Identify, obtain, track, and document content metrics
Manage the MagicInfo TV (digital screens) publishing platform
