Duties

- Assist healthcare providers by preparing patient charts and documentation for appointments or procedures.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of medical records before filing or sharing information.
- Support data entry tasks related to patient demographics, insurance details, and clinical notes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times while facilitating smooth administrative workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely updates and proper management of medical records.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
