What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assitant position at Fullerton Dental?
We are a privately owned practice looking for our ideal candidate. We offer General dentistry, Cosmetic dentistry, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery.
The ideal candidate would be reliable, and have a positive, friendly, can-do attitude.
Main responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Taking impressions and pouring up models
- Patient photos
- X-rays
- Temporary crowns
- Setting up and turning over operatory rooms
- Placing orders for General, Basic, ortho and implant supplies (inventory)
- Adjusting temporary crowns
- Assisting the doctor during a variety of General, surgical and implant procedures
- Pre and post op instructions
- Understanding of Orthodontics and Able to make Essix retainers/Night Guards/ bleaching trays (can train)
Job Requirements:
- Active Dental Assistant with necessary Certification and licenses are a must!
- Detail oriented

- Flexible and a quick learner
- Great organizational skills and high level of office aptitude
- MUST FOLLOW ALL HIPPA and OSHA guidelines

Pay: Negotiable, DOE (Depending on experience)
