What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Teronomy Builders, Inc.?
We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team as a Property Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Accurately present apartments to prospective tenants including size and layout of rooms, available facilities, services available, and terms of lease
- Ensure the highest level of resident/customer satisfaction and resident retention
- Respond to voice mail and e-mail messages and faxed apartment inquiry leads; answer incoming telephone calls and schedule appointments for showings.
- Process applications, including employment verification and credit reports.
- Complete lease agreements and review them with residents for signature
- Maintain files and assist with various bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain and update traffic reports and leasing activity board
- Confirm that maintenance has been performed and apartment is ready for occupancy
- Ensures tenant satisfaction by promptly investigating complaints and following up on resident maintenance.
- Knowledge of and compliance with fair housing, local, state and federal regulatory agencies
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Perform pre-move and move-out apartment inspections, as needed.
- Work with Assistant Property Manager to create schedules, compile paperwork and maintains files
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment and successfully and positively communicate with supervisor, members of other departments, peers, customers and vendors.
- Ensure property is maintained and up to standards
- Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
Requirements include:
- Demonstrable experience as Leasing Agent and/or Property Manager
- Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements.
- Excellent verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East Troy, WI 53120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
