Role Description
This is a full-time, Residential Property Manager role based in Downtown Milwaukee. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and manage property maintenance and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include tenant communication, coordinating repairs, managing lease agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining property appearance and functionality. The role also involves addressing tenant concerns, conducting inspections, and ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
