Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prominent resident and staff relationships through active engagement and effective communication.
- Conduct regular property assessments and address concerns with a solution-focused mindset.
- Oversight of property maintenance, vendor coordination, and prioritization of results-driven strategies.
- Mentorship and training of property staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Budget preparation and monitoring, including building operating expenses and capital expenditures.
- Preparation of monthly reports, lease summaries, and abstracts, as well as data gathering.
- Correct coding of invoices and approval of payments.
- Review of all leases and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines and Resident Selection Plan.
- Coordination of collection procedures for delinquent residents, resident improvements, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Achievement of occupancy goals and oversight of property inspections.
- Response to after-hour emergencies, when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience in residential property management or similar field.
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform regular property inspections, with or without accommodations.
- Proficiency in software applications (MRI, VMS) and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
