A growing, high-precision manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on NPI Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introduction efforts. This role is ideal for a mid-level engineer (~4–7 years of experience) who is ready to take the next step and work alongside senior engineering leadership to bring new products from concept to production.
This position focuses on bridging design and manufacturing, ensuring new products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and production-ready.
About the Role
This engineer will play a key role in transferring new products from Design Engineering into Operations, ensuring all manufacturing processes, documentation, systems, and tooling are in place for successful production.
You will collaborate closely with senior engineers while gaining exposure to full product lifecycle ownership, making this an excellent growth opportunity for someone earlier in their NPI/Manufacturing Engineering career.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams early in the design phase to improve manufacturability, cost, and testability
- Create and manage BOMs and routing within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and cost optimization
