We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead capital projects, facility expansions, equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives within a large manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for engineering strategy, operational support, technical problem-solving, and the successful execution of projects that increase capacity, productivity, and plant performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead engineering activities supporting manufacturing operations
- Manage capital projects, facility expansions, and capacity additions
- Oversee new equipment, technology, and process implementation
- Drive operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Support EHS and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop engineering and technical teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Leadership
- Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and execution
Key Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
✅ 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing
✅ 5 years of engineering or technical leadership experience preferred
✅ Proven success leading capital projects and facility expansions
✅ Experience with equipment procurement, installation, and startup
✅ Strong manufacturing process improvement and problem-solving skills
✅ Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
✅ Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements
✅ Strong project management, budgeting, and resource planning skills
✅ Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business results
