We're hiring a hands-on Electrical Engineer to lead equipment improvements, troubleshoot critical systems, and drive reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot power distribution, PLCs, HMIs, drives, MCCs, and industrial controls
- Lead equipment upgrades, capital projects, and reliability improvements
- Support Maintenance and Operations to maximize uptime and efficiency
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Engineering degree (Associates or Bachelors)
- Manufacturing or industrial experience (3 years of experience)
- PLC/HMI expertise (Allen-Bradley or Siemens preferred)
- Strong knowledge of industrial controls, power distribution, and troubleshooting
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Working knowledge of IEEE, NEC, and electrical codes
- Proficiency with CAD tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
