Our client, a global leader in specialty alloys serving aerospace, defense, medical, and energy markets, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at their McBee, SC facility.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for a results-driven maintenance professional who thrives on improving equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead safety, reliability, and maintenance excellence across the facility
- Drive preventive, predictive, and TPM-based maintenance programs
- Improve equipment uptime, performance, and process capability
- Lead maintenance teams, contractors, and capital improvement projects
- Implement Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage spare parts, maintenance planning, and vendor partnerships
What You Bring
- 5 years in manufacturing with maintenance leadership experience
- Experience supporting heavy industrial equipment and reliability programs
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SAP, and maintenance best practices
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for developing teams and driving operational excellence
