What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues across production equipment, motors, and facility systems
- Work with PLCs, control systems, and automated equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability
- Install, modify, and test electrical systems and components
- Ensure all work meets OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with PLCs, motor controls, or automation systems
- Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical schematics and prints
- Strong problem-solving skills with a safety-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a strong plus
