Due to continued growth, Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Tampa office. You’ll specialise in the fast-growing and highly in-demand Data & AI market, where average fees are significantly higher than in other tech sectors. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, build a thriving client base, and establish yourself as a recognised specialist in a high-value niche.

Technology recruitment isn’t essential as you will have full training and support on market knowledge.

Working with us you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own desk – leveraging your sales and negotiation expertise to win new business, while developing and maintaining lasting client relationships.
• Responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, advertising your vacancies, sourcing suitable candidates, and managing the interview and offer process.
• Establishing yourself as an expert within the Data & AI space, becoming a go-to partner for both clients and candidates.

Skills and experience we are looking for from you:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (ideally in Technology but open to background) carrying out business development calls in order to win new business
• Proven billing history within a recruitment business.
• Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, plus a desire to learn a new industry!
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Compensation Range:

$65-80k USD base salary uncapped commission

*Base salary is dependent on experience and tenure. Earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
