Administrative Coordinator / Office Position – Available
Job details: Process payroll and assist office staff with office duties
Job type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly rate
Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm
Job Duties:
- Process weekly, employee payroll and maintain records
- Process Trucking documents and generating accurate records
- Reconcile credit card statements and input credit card receipts
- Update accounts payable and generate accounts receivable documents
- Prepare and process invoices, and purchase orders
- Produce reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly filings
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing bookkeeping documents
- Greet customers, answer telephone calls, and monitor incoming emails
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Software (Word-Excel)
- Principles of Business Accounting knowledge
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Software (Word-Excel)
- Works well in a team environment and independently
