The role blends social media management, hands-on content creation, and leading UGC campaigns, while also acting as one of the brand’s main public-facing voicesResponsibilities: Create and edit content for Instagram and TikTok, including weekly posts, daily Stories, and lifestyle visuals.Manage scheduling, captions, hashtags, insights, and community engagement.Develop trend-driven, viral content aligned with brand voice and U.S. audience.Lead UGC campaigns: sourcing creators, scripting, directing, and editing.Repurpose existing brand content for social platforms.Serve as the on-camera brand ambassador.Division: Line Of Business Requirements:Experience in social media management and content creation.Strong creative direction and trend awareness.Deep understanding of the US market, audience behavior, and social media trends.Skilled in coordinating UGC campaigns or working with multiple creators.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and content editing tools.
