Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that align with brand goals and target audience interests.
- Produce high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships.
- Stay current with social media trends (TikTok/IG Reels), audios, formats, and platform updates
- Film short-form content (Reels/TikToks): styling videos, BTS, packing orders, market days, product features
- Help run photo shoots: shooting product photos, lifestyle content, and quick creative concepts
- Edit video and graphics using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop (and other editing apps)
- Support the content calendar: prep posts, organize assets, and keep content flowing consistently
- Basic performance tracking: monitor what’s working, capture insights, and recommend content iterations
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management.
Skills
- Comfortable filming content and working in creative environments
- Prior experience in social media, content creation, or a brand page (even personal/portfolio counts)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards
- Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and “scroll-stopping” content
- Working knowledge of Canva Cap Cut, and a Adobe Photoshop skills
- Basic Knowledge of using digital camera
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Team player energy: kind, communicative, and excited to grow with a small business
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
