Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to maximize efficiency and patient experience
- Supervise dental office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a positive team environment and providing ongoing training
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards related to medical records management and patient confidentiality
- Handle human resources responsibilities including staffing, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to support a motivated team
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee vendor relationships to ensure operational readiness at all times
Experience
- Proven experience dental office management with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse teams within a healthcare environment and able to manage 35 employees
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards along with experience managing medical/dental records confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric dental practice environment
- Must be reliable and dependable
