Data Processing Specialist

Job Summary
Regional Law Firm seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Transmission Associate to support the accurate and timely transfer of data across internal and external systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and smooth communication between departments. Opportunity to join a well established and expanding business with over one hundred employees across five offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Transmit, upload, and process data files across designated platforms and systems
• Verify accuracy and completeness of transmitted data
• Monitor data transmission processes and troubleshoot errors or delays
• Maintain logs and documentation of transmission activities
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to resolve data issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
• Perform routine quality checks and audits on transmitted data
• Assist with process improvements and system updates as needed
• Manage and maintain document templates

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems
• Basic understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP) is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database systems or Case Management platforms
• Familiarity with data security practices and confidentiality standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
