Regional law firm looking for a full-time litigation attorney with bar admission in New Jersey and New York. Position is located in Marlton, New Jersey. Hybrid opportunity available.
The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination and court appearances. Excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm with over 90 employees across four offices.
Our firm is a contingency based practice so there are no billing requirements for attorneys.
Younger attorneys have the opportunity to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior litigation practitioners, as well as receive courtroom experience.
Salary depends upon experience. Position offers health insurance, paid time off, bonus opportunity and a retirement plan with firm match.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
