Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination for leadership and staff
- Handle customer communication, including phone calls, emails, and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate projects, job schedules, and workflow tracking
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order and manage vendor relationships
- Implement and improve office systems, processes, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
