We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential daily care to residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and basic health monitoring under the supervision of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor residents’ condition and report any changes to the nurse on duty
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient areas
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts CNA certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
