Our client is a full-service animal hospital in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join a highly respected, AAHA-accredited practice. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver high-quality, patient-focused veterinary care while building long-term relationships with clients and their pets. Clinical responsibilities include performing comprehensive examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, preventive and wellness care, urgent case management during hospital hours, and surgical procedures appropriate to experience level. The role emphasizes clear client communication, collaborative case discussions, and practicing advanced small animal medicine to consistently high standards. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
