Westford Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24/7 emergency and referral hospital in Westford, MA. Position Highlights
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with various 8a-8p inpatient or receiving, 10a-10p and 12p-12a receiving, and rare overnights to support the schedule
- No on-call duties
Clinical Impact & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care medicine for companion animals, primarily dogs and cats, through thoughtful medical and surgical treatment
- Partner closely with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinical team and maintain strong communication with referring veterinarians
- Contribute to a culture of learning and clinical excellence by participating in continuing education, training, and professional development opportunities
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $170,000–$200,000 (based on experience)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent
- Internship trained or min 1 year ER experience (may consider new grad or less experience if the right fit)
- Ability to obtain veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
