We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Tech Recruiter to join our client's team. You'll identify, source, and place top talent for our client's high-bar startup clients - companies spanning Seed through Series D , across Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and Leadership functions in frontier spaces like AI, aerospace, defense, robotics, and compute.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and assess exceptional candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels
• Run full-cycle search from kickoff and calibration calls through active sourcing, interviews, referrals, and close
• Guide candidates through the interview process with consistent, high-touch communication
• Negotiate offers and compensation packages to drive high acceptance rates
• Build deep knowledge of client organizations, culture, and growth plans to anticipate future hiring needs
• Track performance against KPIs and continuously sharpen your process
• Build toward running a full desk owning both delivery and client relationships

Compensation

• Base salary: Up to $90K
• Uncapped commission on billings up to 25%
• Total comp: $150K in Year 1, $200K in Year 2 (OTE based on 1 hire/month at a $40K average fee)
• Top performers have billed well above plan - recent recruiters have closed 6 hires in a single month, and one recruiter earned $450K in a year
• True uncapped upside - no ceiling on what you can earn based on what you close
