Key Responsibilities
- Client/Communication: Greet visitors warmly in person and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Language Translation: Translate questions, messages, and basic information accurately between English and Haitian Creole.
- Scheduling & Intake: Ha data entry, and appointment scheduling using office software.
- Administrative Support: Sort mail, manage office correspondence, keep the reception area clean, and file documents.
- Routing Inquiries: Direct phone calls or messages to the correct departments or staff members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Fluency: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Haitian Creole.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, helpful attitude.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computers, email, and office programs (like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
