Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Load small metal pieces into stamping, pressing, or assembly machines and run production cycles safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished small metal parts visually or using basic measuring tools (like calipers) for defects, scratches, or wrong sizes.
- Material Handling: Sort, deburr, or clean small metal components and organize them into bins or trays.
- Packaging: Count, weigh, and pack finished metal items into boxes with correct labels for shipping.
- Workplace Safety: Follow all factory safety rules, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots, and keep the work area clean.
