💰 Compensation Highlights:
✅ $24/hour base pay
✅ Monthly commission after 60 days
✅ Average commission earnings of approximately $1,500/month
✅ Top performers regularly earn an additional $4,000–$5,000/month

In this role, you'll:
✔️ Connect with patients who have been prescribed an innovative rehabilitation device
✔️ Educate patients on the benefits of treatment and guide them through the onboarding process
✔️ Assist with insurance, billing, and scheduling questions
✔️ Build rapport and help patients feel comfortable and confident with their care plan
✔️ Collaborate with clinical, logistics, billing, and customer service teams
✔️ Manage outbound and follow-up calls to support patient engagement and treatment success
We're looking for candidates with:
✔️ 2 years of sales experience
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔️ Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
✔️ Confidence speaking with patients over the phone
✔️ CRM, EMR, or healthcare experience is a plus
✔️ Medical terminology or insurance knowledge is a plus
