We're looking for someone with:

✔️ Bilingual Spanish/English required

✔️ 5 years of Medical Assistant or similar healthcare support experience

✔️ 2 years of scheduling, patient access, logistics coordination, dispatching, or care coordination experience

✔️ Experience working with EMR systems

✔️ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

✔️ Compassionate, patient-focused mindset

✔️ Comfortable working onsite in Clearwater, FL

In this role, you'll:

✔️ Communicate with patients regarding appointments, scheduling updates, and program participation

✔️ Schedule and coordinate patient rehab sessions

✔️ Work closely with Rehab Specialists, Clinical Leads, Dieticians, and healthcare professionals

✔️ Assist with patient onboarding and education

✔️ Support intake processes and patient documentation

✔️ Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT support

✔️ Maintain accurate EMR documentation

✔️ Help improve scheduling workflows and the overall patient experience

✔️ Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse patient population
