Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate (HVAC Career Path)
Position Summary
Temperature Control is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC/R industry.
This role supports our service technicians by maintaining warehouse inventory, delivering parts and equipment to job sites, and ensuring our team has what they need to serve customers. For individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn, this position offers a clear path toward becoming an HVAC Apprentice and eventually a Service Technician.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and materials to technicians and job sites.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Load and unload trucks and company vehicles.
- Ensure technicians receive the correct materials in a timely manner.
- Assist with equipment preparation and staging for upcoming jobs.
- Perform general warehouse and shop duties as needed.
- Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- HVAC experience is not required—we will train the right candidate.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
